EURASIA TRADING INTERNATIONAL (E.T.I), owner of the website accessible to the URL https://www.reqins.fr/gb/, the exclusive owner of the rights to exploit the verbal and semi-figurative marks "REQINS", "ATELIER REQINS" and "RQS" (hereinafter "the Brand" or "the Brands") and the domain name reqins.fr, makes available to consumers (hereinafter "the Users") an online sales site allowing, inter alia: to identify the distributors of the Brands and to order the products of the Brand from a distance in return for the price (hereinafter "the Site").
Article 1 – Definitions
"User" means any natural person having legal capacity and using the services of the Site on his own account and/or on behalf of a legal person.
"Customer Account": an interface that allows the customer to track his orders, visualize his assets and manage his personal information (created during the first order).
"Content": information, text, fixed or animated images, sounds, models, logos, multimedia files and links published by SAS E.T.I on the Site.
"Products" means goods created, designed, manufactured and/or distributed by SAS EURASIA TRADING INTERNATIONAL under the Trademarks.
"Order": commitment to purchase the Products selected by the Customer via the e-commerce service of the Site.
"Customer": consumer natural person, legally capable, carrying out a Order on the Site.
"Territory" means metropolitan France (including Corsica).
"Services": all services offered by E.T.I via the Site.
"CGU": General Conditions of Use.
"CGV": these General Conditions of Sale.
Article 2 – Integrity
These Terms of Reference express the full obligations of the parties. The Customer declares that he has read and accepted them before any immediate purchase or order. They are enforceable in accordance with article 1119 of the Civil Code. In the event of a discrepancy between general and special conditions, the latter shall prevail. The GTC applies to the exclusion of other conditions (in-store sales or other circuits). The only version in force is permanently available at: https://www.reqins.fr/gb/content/-.
Article 3 – Purpose
E.T.I commercializes its Products via a network of distributors and distance via the Site. The GTCs exclusively govern the distance sales made on the Site between E.T.I and the Customer.
Article 4 – Pre-contractual information
Prior to the Order, the Customer acknowledges that he has received, in a readable and understandable manner, the information provided for in article L.221-5 of the Consumer Code (essential characteristics, prices, costs, delivery times/performance, identity and contact details of the provider, etc.). Photographs and illustrations are not of contractual value. The product sheet specifies the main characteristics. The choice of Products is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Article 5 – Order
Sales made on the Site are reserved for consumers acting for their personal needs. Any Order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5.1 – Creation and access to the Client Account
Making a Order requires creating a Customer Account or authentication to an existing account. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information (identity, address, e-mail, telephone). Identifiers are personal and confidential; any connection/Order made using these identifiers is deemed to originate from the Customer.
5.2 – Command Process
The Customer selects the Product(s), validates the shopping cart, authenticates, chooses the delivery address and method of delivery, then the means of payment. A summary allows him to check the details of the Order and its total price (fees, taxes, discounts), and to correct any errors before final validation. Validation is equivalent to acceptance of GTCs and payment obligation.
5.3 – Availability of Products
Offers are made within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability after validation, E.T.I informs the Customer as soon as possible; the Order is adjusted (reimbursement of the item not available) or, upon agreement, replaced by an equivalent product. Some items may be subject to a "manufacturer order" or pre-order; The specific deadlines are then indicated on the Product page and/or in the shopping cart.
5.4 – Methods of payment accepted
Payments are made in euros by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), via PayPal, or in split payment 3x CB (COFIDIS-type provider, subject to eligibility and acceptance of the file). The proposed means may evolve. Banking data are processed by secure payment providers; E.T.I never has access to it.
5.5 – Securing and combating fraud
Card transactions can be subject to strong authentication (3-D Secure or equivalent). To prevent fraud, E.T.I may carry out additional checks and request supporting documents (identification documents, proof of residence). In the absence of receipt or in case of serious anomaly, E.T.I reserves the right to cancel the Order.
5.6 – Validation of the Command
After payment, an acknowledgement of receipt is sent by e-mail. The sale is final only after confirmation of acceptance by E.T.I (e-mail confirmation) and actual collection of amounts due. E.T.I reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order by a Customer with which there is a previous dispute concerning the payment or use of the Site.
5.7 – Modification / cancellation by the Customer
As long as the Order is not in logistical preparation, the Customer may request a modification or cancellation by contacting customer service. In addition, the application will be processed via the withdrawal/return procedure (Article 8).
5.8 – Invoicing
The invoice is issued to the name and address declared at the time of the Order and available in the "My Account" area. Documents are kept/archived in accordance with legal obligations.
5.9 – Promotional Codes and Benefits
Discount codes and benefits are not convertible into cash, are not refundable or carryable beyond their validity period, and are not cumulative unless otherwise stated. In the event of partial return, the value of the benefit shall be allocated pro rata to the items retained.
5.10 – Reservation of title
Products remain the property ofE.T.I until full payment of the price. The transfer of risks takes place at the delivery to the Customer according to the method of delivery chosen (see Article 7).
"Article 7 – Delivery
7.1 Time limits. Any Order validated before noon (Monday to Friday) is processed on the same day, subject to stock, payment validation and statutory checks. Transmission to the carrier within 48 hours (can be extended during periods of high activity). In the event of a non-delivery within the time limits, the Customer may require delivery within a reasonable additional time and then, failing this, resolve the sale by LRAR. Some Products may require a manufacturer order (time limit indicated on the product/basket, maximum 4 weeks).
7.2 Follow-up. On dispatch, an e-mail with tracking number is sent (carriers' sites: Chronopost, Colissimo, DPD). Any incident/delay must be reported via "Contact" with references (follow-up, command number, address).
7.3 Reception. The risks are borne by E.T.I until delivery to the Customer. In case of anomaly visible on delivery (garment, open/repackaged package), refuse the package or issue precise and detailed reservations on the carrier's voucher and notify E.T.I. If the carrier is found after the delivery, write to the carrier in LRAR within 3 days and inform E.T.I. Otherwise, the Order is deemed to conform.
7.5 Delivery costs. Free DPD delivery in metropolitan France (excluding coastal islands and mountainous areas difficult to access). To Corsica : La Poste Colissimo. Coastal areas/islands/top mountain areas may be increased. The current rate schedule applies.
Article 8 – Withdrawal / Return / Claims
8.1 Right of withdrawal. Legal period of 14 days from receipt of the property (specific rules for staggered deliveries). Exercises in writing via the "Contact" form. Simply returning the goods/refusals is not enough. The Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal. Refund of amounts paid (including delivery costs) by the same means of payment, not later than 15 days after recovery of the Products (virtual CB transfers/initial transfer). Return costs are borne by the Customer (except for more expensive mode initially chosen); proportion of delivery costs if partial return. Customer liability in case of depreciation due to excessive handling.

8.2 Returns (non-compliance/deteriorated product excluding transport). Inform E.T.I within 14 days (contact form or hello@reqins.fr). Unless agreed free of charge, returns are the responsibility of the Customer. A return voucher is placed in "My Returns" of the Customer Account. The return packages are the responsibility of the Customer until receipt. Return address: EURASIA TRADING INTERNATIONAL, 90 Chemin du Ruisseau Mirabeau, ZI ACTISUD, 13016 MARSEILLE. As applicable: (i) new compliant delivery, or (ii) cancellation and refund.
Return policy (extracts). Unpackaged/without return vouchers not included. Return to original packaging (sachets/boxes brand + REQINS); promo codes not reusable. Bags: handle with caution (fragile skins). Shoes: do not damage soles/boxes; return case + original box (constituent elements). Protect the shoe box in another carton.
Late returns. After 14 days after receipt, no refund.
Payment in 3x COFIDIS. Contact customer service via the Site. After acceptance of the return by E.T.I, transmission to the financial partner for reimbursement of the amount of the article ; if partial return, deduction of the first monthly payment and/or recalculation of the following.
8.3 Claims / Mediation. Claim via the "Contact" page. Possible mediation with ANM (National Association of Ombudsmen): aNM form. European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Article 9 – Guarantees
Application of the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects (C. conso L.217-...; C. civ. 1641 et seq.). The Customer can choose between repair/replacement (cost conditions L.217-9). Presumption of the defect for 24 months (12 months for the occasion). Any product repaired as part of compliance is extended for 6 months. The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee. In case of hidden defect, choice between resolution of sale or reduction of price (C. civ. 1644).
Article 10 – Limitation of liability
Maximum compensation due from E.T.I in connection with the supply/order may not exceed the cumulation of the sums invoiced to the Customer (excluding personal injury). The Client recognizes the hazards of the Internet (performance, response times, interruptions, viruses, etc.) and E.T.I cannot be liable for direct/indirect damage resulting from improper use of the network.
Article 11 – Major Force
In case of force majeure (lock-out, strike, pandemic, war, fire, flood, weather, interruption of transport, legal measures, etc.), E.T.I shall not be liable for delivery. The force majeure suspends execution for a period of not more than 30 days after notification, and then automatically resolves pro rata.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
The names "REQINS", "ATELIER REQINS", "RQS", their logos and variations are registered trademarks including SAS E.T.I is the sole holder of the rights. Any total or partial reproduction without authorization is prohibited (CPI L.713-2 and s.) and subject to prosecution. The content of the Site (models, sets, photos, illustrations, videos, etc.) is the property of SAS E.T.I or of authorized third parties; any unauthorized use is prohibited.
Article 13 – Personal data / Right of access
A tab "My Personal Data" in the customer area allows to extract/modify the data. Rights (opposition, access, deletion, rectification): hello@reqins.fr or 30 Cours Lieutaud – 13001 MARSEILLE (attach copy of signed ID). Full information: Privacy Policy. Cookies and tracers according to deliberations CNIL n°2020-092: information banner, settings, consent, etc.
Article 14 – Photographs and representation of products
The photographs accompanying the product description are not contractual.
Article 15 – Modification of the General Terms and Conditions
E.T.I may modify/update all or part of the GTC at any time. For each Order, the Customer accepts the GTCs in force at the time of validation. If a stipulation is deemed invalid, the others remain in effect.
Article 16 – Language of the contract and applicable law
Only the French version of the GTC is authentic. The GTCs are subject to French law.
Article 17 – Jurisdiction / Mediation
In the absence of an amicable agreement (and after possible recourse to the ANM Ombudsman), any dispute concerning the formation, performance or termination of obligations shall be submitted to the competent court.
