Delivery
Does Reqins ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to France and Belgium. Feel free to email us at hello@reqins.fr — we’ll be happy to help you find a partner boutique in your country.


When will I receive my order?

Your order is typically prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 1 to 4 business days


How can I track my order?

To track your delivery, simply log in to your Reqins account and go to the 'My Orders' section. Select your order, click on 'Details,' and you will find your tracking number at the bottom right. Just click the link to be redirected to the courier’s website for real-time updates.


Products & Style
An item is out of stock, will it be back soon?

Some of our designs, such as our iconic Harmony ballet flats, return every season in new shades. Make sure to activate the 'Notify Me' alert on the product page to be informed as soon as they are back in stock.


Which size should I order?

Our collections generally run true to size, so we recommend selecting your usual fit.

You will find precise recommendations there, such as whether a style fits true to size or is best suited for narrow or wider feet.


How do I care for my Reqins shoes?

Orders & Payments
What are the accepted payment methods?

We offer secure payment options on our e-shop, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We apologize, but for logistical reasons, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are confirmed.

For home deliveries, please refuse the package at the door. For pickup point deliveries, you can simply leave it uncollected.

Your refund will be issued as soon as the package is returned to our warehouse.


Returns & Exchanges
How can I return my order?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Should you have any trouble meeting this timeframe (vacation, illness, etc.), don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@reqins.fr — we are always happy to assist and find the best way forward.


Is return shipping free?

Enjoy free delivery in France on orders over €50. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Can I exchange my order for a different size or color?

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need another size or shade, please return your original pair and place a new order on our website.


Can I drop off my return at a pickup point?

We do not partner with pickup locations for return shipping. Please use a carrier that provides direct delivery to our warehouse (e.g., Colissimo) and ensure your parcel is fully stamped.

Please note: if you leave your return at the pickup point where you originally collected your order, it may unfortunately go missing.


How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your parcel is received at our warehouse, it takes 48 to 72 hours for our team to validate the return. Please then allow an additional 48 hours for our accounting department to process the refund request.

The refunded amount will typically appear in your account within 5 business days, though this may take up to 15 days depending on your bank.
