Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Enjoy free delivery in France on orders over €50. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need another size or shade, please return your original pair and place a new order on our website.
We do not partner with pickup locations for return shipping. Please use a carrier that provides direct delivery to our warehouse (e.g., Colissimo) and ensure your parcel is fully stamped.
Please note: if you leave your return at the pickup point where you originally collected your order, it may unfortunately go missing.
Once your parcel is received at our warehouse, it takes 48 to 72 hours for our team to validate the return. Please then allow an additional 48 hours for our accounting department to process the refund request.
The refunded amount will typically appear in your account within 5 business days, though this may take up to 15 days depending on your bank.
